We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy applies to the one-time "World Unlock" purchase available through Skill Tree.
7-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have not yet completed the world you unlocked. Because a World Unlock immediately grants access to the full content, completing the world is treated as having received the full value of the purchase.
You qualify for a refund if both are true:
- It has been 7 days or fewer since your purchase, and
- You have not completed the unlocked world (i.e., you have not finished its final task).
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Refund request." Include the email on your account and the approximate date of purchase. We will confirm eligibility and, if approved, issue the refund to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Outside the guarantee
After 7 days, or once you have completed the unlocked world, purchases are generally non-refundable because the content has been fully delivered and consumed. We may still consider refunds at our discretion in cases such as duplicate charges, a billing error, or a technical problem that prevented you from accessing what you paid for.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Where such laws grant you greater rights, those rights prevail.
